Lars received his robust home inspection training through ASHI home inspection school; graduating top of the class. Lars is certified by the State of Washington and guided by WA state, ASHI, and InterNACHI standards of practice and codes of ethics. Lars adheres to the guiding principles of home inspection set forth by the rigorous standards of the most trusted home inspection associations.
Prior to becoming a licensed home inspector, Lars spent 25 years working and developing his skills in the residential construction sector. From moving houses in Bellingham, repairing old homes in Wallingford, historical restoration in Madison Park and building new high performance green homes in Bellevue and Issaquah, his knowledge and experience is diverse.

Lars is the best home inspector I've ever worked with. He is extremely thorough, professional, and kind. Lars did a great job explaining the inspection results to me and took the time to walk me through every item he noted while we were at the home, and even patiently showed me how to operate the tankless water heater, how to have it serviced etc., and he did this for every item in the home I wasn't familiar with. He produced a printed report by the same evening and took the time to answer all of my additional questions over the phone. All of that was above and beyond, and when I've worked with other home inspectors I have not been provided the same level of service nor been treated with such kindness and patience.
